“The ticking time bomb under SA is not ANC factionalism, patronage and corruption  (however undesirable), but the massive unemployment: officially around 25%, but if one includes the unemployed who have given up looking for work, the figure hovers around 34%. Youth unemployment is particularly dramatic.”
